WHAT'S IN MY LIBRARY
Hey there, on this page you'll find books that I have read, and what's on my to-read list. These books have supported me in my own personal growth & healing journey and have been great resources as I help others. I've even listed books that I go back to often.
WHAT'S ON MY BOOKSHELVES (+ AUDIOBOOKS APPS)
For me books are a great resource, they've often been that resource I go to when I'm feeling stuck in my own mind because they give me the chance to get into someone else's mind and see things from another perspective.
If you find purchasing books to be a barrier, please use resources like your local libraries or find a bookstore that has a book swap or loaning program. If you're in Los Angeles County I recommend checking out the Libby App, it's free and can link you to thousands of free e-books and audiobooks at the tip of your fingers. You also can manage any physical book loans you may have.
